People have a sweet tooth but disregard the warnings of overeating junk food.
That's when things go horrifically wrong.
Tooth decay in children and teens is on an uprising.
Over nine years (1997–2006), a 66% increase in tooth extractions due to decay was observed with five-year-old children being most commonly affected.
But whose mistake is it?
Obesity and Decay is all to do with portion sizes and the ability to say no
reduce the sizes on your plate and exchange fizzy drinks to water at mealtimes fewer carbs and a larger amount of veg and fruit
